Weekly Wrap Up!

book of the week

9780849902666‘Elijah the Prophet of Power’ is a fantastic book written by Phillip Keller. It traces the journey of this famous bible hero from his introduction in 1 Kings 16:29 through to his flaming farewell in 2 Kings 2:8-18. The author takes you into the moment by moment details of Elijah’s life and reveals insights that have inspired and equipped me in a powerful way.

  1. Wow, this is just what I have felt convicted about this week, self-centeredness. Thanks for sharing. I am reading a book right now by John Eldredge called “Beautiful Outlaw”. I don’t know if you have read it, but he basically shatters the stereotype of Jesus and breaks down His personality basing it on scriptures. I am loving it.
